Michelle is the heart & soul behind Costello & Co. Organically creative & worldly cultured, Michelle was destined to create Costello & Co before she flipped her first rental. From crafting unique clothing collections centered around her friend’s styles to inspiring energy in the most mundane settings, Michelle has a true gift of creating something bigger & more beautiful everywhere she goes. 

 

Daydreaming during her desk job, Michelle realized that her passion for design & client advocacy couldn’t stay a dream any longer. Embracing the unknown, Michelle leapt into the world of what is now, Costello & Co. Her journey into the world of construction began in 2020, buying & renovating fix & flips across Metro Detroit while building a real estate portfolio of long & short-term rentals. As friends & family began to approach her for design & build advice, she quickly realized that her true passion was designing & building unique spaces for families within our community. 

Michelle leads authentically. Making sure you are heard & valued from your first call to final inspection.

Costello & Co isn’t about ego or title, Michelle would rather hide from the spotlight (which is why we showcase spaces over faces) but we have to celebrate the reason why there is a “& Co” - which is because of Michelle Costello.

Michelle enjoys traveling, collecting fine wines, staying home & cooking authentic dishes & cozying up with Duke watching sports (Go Duke!! Yes he is named after the basketball team). When she isn't designing your house, she is likely re-arranging hers after a stop at CB2.
