In 2019, Michelle Costello left her corporate job not because she had it all figured out, but because she wanted something more honest, more hands-on & more human. What began with flipping homes evolved into something much deeper; a passion for building spaces that reflect the people who live in them.

At first, it was scrappy. Estimates were built in Excel, systems were built on the fly & Michelle wore every hat; designer, general contractor, project manager & client advocate. But the "why" behind the work never changed: this is someone’s home, their sanctuary & it deserves to be treated with care.

By 2023, referrals were coming in steadily. Not just because the work was beautiful (though it was!) but because clients felt understood. They weren’t just hiring a contractor; they were partnering with someone who genuinely cared about getting it right.
