With a master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis & a background in Organizational Behavioral Management she brings a rare mix of technical expertise, systems thinking & true empathy to everything she touches.

 

Lauren spent seven years in the corporate world before fate nudged her toward something more meaningful: consulting for small businesses, managing the rental portfolio Michelle had built, and eventually stepping in to lead operations at Costello & Co. Today, she’s the one organizing the chaos, creating sustainable systems, automating our workflows, & enhancing the client experience.

 

A true empath, she feels for each client and delivers exceptional results due to her innate perfectionist touch. Lauren never fails to find the space, make the time & put in the work to make sure all things are properly executed. Whether she’s styling a cozy corner, customizing the client journey, or keeping the business running smoothly, she keeps it real & keeps it kind.

 

When Lauren’s not buried in spreadsheets (which, yes, she loves), you’ll probably find her collecting vinyl, hunting for her next Stetson, blasting Gaga, & hanging out with her bestie, Duke.
