This primary bathroom remodel in Troy, Michigan transformed a 1969 original mid-century modern home into a true retreat. What began as a vintage half bath became a fully reimagined en-suite designed for comfort, function, and daily restoration. Our design-build team worked closely with the homeowners to create a spa-inspired space featuring a custom shower, soaking tub, heated floors, and thoughtful storage. Rich teal tile wraps the shower walls, adding texture and depth, while warm brass fixtures and natural wood cabinetry bring balance and warmth to the modern design. Clean lines and bold contrast honor the home’s mid-century roots while introducing contemporary functionality. Completed in just eight weeks, this Troy bathroom renovation reflects our collaborative process and commitment to craftsmanship. The result is a refined, restorative space that feels like a personal sanctuary — proof that even original MCM layouts can be thoughtfully transformed into modern luxury.
